ALL ORDERS ARE NON REFUNDABLE, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

All wigs come fully customized with bleached knots, a pre-plucked hairline, style, elastic band or adjustable straps and combs.

AS THE CUSTOMER YOU MUST AGREE TO NOT FILE A DISPUTE IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE FOR ANY REASON. YOU MUST CONTACT US FIRST SO THAT WE CAN EFFECTIVELY RESOLVE YOUR ISSUE IN THE BEST WAY WE CAN. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your order within 24 hours free of charge. Please send an email to do so.

After 24 hours of placing your order there will be a 25% restocking fee deducted if you choose to cancel your order.

You may cancel your order at any time as long as we have not shipped it out yet.

SHIPPING POLICY

FOR IN STOCK/READY TO SHIP ITEMS:

Processing time is 3-5 business days after purchase.

After processing, shipping is priority 1-3 business days via USPS or UPS

Once we ship out your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Once we ship out your order and you receive tracking, all updates are out of our control. Please reach out to USPS or UPS directly if you have any questions regarding delivery times and dates.
