This service is ONLY available for wigs that are brand new and HAVE NOT been worn. 

After you process your order, please send us a follow-up email for information on where to send your package. In this email, please include ALL detailed customization preferences. 

In your follow up email, you should include: 

1. Full name
2. Order Number
3. Styling Preference:

• (Middle or Side Part, please indicate which side you want the hair parted on. Example "Hair parted on right side so hair falls to the left"
• Baby hair/no baby hair
• Style: Natural State, Straightened, Curled

Please allow 7-14 business days to complete your order after I receive your wig unit/or bundles.
